PERSIAN EVENING – Saturday 4th May 2019 – 7.30pm

Another evening of delicious Persian food, provided by an authentic local cook. Take a look at the three course menu:

STARTER: Kashke bademjan
Roasted aubergine blended with onion, garlic, and Persian spices, topped with your choice of walnut*  kashk (made from strained yoghurt). Served with warm Persian flatbread.

Baghali polo ba mahiche (ya morgh)
Slow cooked  chicken in a rich tomato and Persian saffron sauce, served with grilled vegetables and fragrant dill and broad bean rice.


Khoreshte Sabzijaat (VEGETRIAN)
Vegetable medley of okra, runner beans, carrots, celery and chickpeas. Slow stewed in a rich tomato and Persian saffron sauce, served with fragrant dill and broad bean rice. 

DESSERT: Typically British Treacle Sponge or fresh fruit

Tickets are £20 each (includes corkage), please bring your own alcohol if y if you wish.
